| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We appreciate that you want to know how quickly your order will arrive . All items delivered to a UK address will be dispatched using First Class Post. We carry all of the items listed in the online shop in stock . But there will be rare occasions when we run out of certain items or we are waiting for a new delivery. Assuming all your items are in stock we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it on weekdays, usually the same day. If your order arrives with us between 10am on Saturday and midnight on Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday. So generally you can expect the goods to arrive 2-3 days after ordering. (A lot of the time you will get it the next day, but we cannot guarantee if the Royal Mail faces any sort of strike actions) ...By the way, we try to be fair with mother nature, and as long as we can we will send your lovely stuff in already used but clean package (this means: less cost for us all and for the environment.. I don't want to kill another polar bear, do you?) |
